Why Instruct NMRS

A Specialist Focus on Old Age Psychiatry

NMRS Medical Practice is led by two experienced clinicians with a combined 25 years dedicated to Old Age Psychiatry — including NHS consultant-level practice, Mental Health Act work, DoLS assessments, Court of Protection reporting and complex capacity evaluations.

Our clinical work focuses on older adults, dementia, cognitive impairment, fluctuating capacity, vulnerability and decision-specific mental capacity. We provide clear, evidence-based, clinically reasoned reports designed to assist legal professionals and the court in complex matters requiring psychiatric opinion.
