NMRS Medical Practice does not provide emergency or crisis mental health services. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, contact emergency services (999) or your local NHS crisis team.
Acceptance of Instructions
Reports are prepared only following formal instruction and acceptance. Acceptance of any instruction is subject to conflict checks, confirmation of scope, availability, receipt of relevant records, and fee agreement. NMRS Medical Practice reserves the right to decline instructions that fall outside its area of expertise or where a conflict of interest is identified.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Nothing on this website or in any communication from NMRS Medical Practice constitutes a guarantee of any particular legal outcome, court decision, or acceptance of a report by any court or third party.
Independence
Assessments and reports are prepared independently and objectively. NMRS Medical Practice does not act as an advocate for any instructing party.
